Troy WinÉ
Recovery Services Manager
Troy WinÉ (pronounced "win-AE") grew up in Vancouver, Washington, and graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Cell/Molecular Biology. Prior to his advancement to Recovery Serives Manager, Troy worked for SightLife as an Eye Bank Technician and as a Referral Coordinator.
When he isn't busy with SightLife, Troy's passion is surfing. He not only rides the waves, he even shapes the boards he rides on!
Ameer Ballout

Ameer Ballout was born in Melbourne, Australia, and grew up in Seattle. He holds a degree in Biology from the University of Washington.
On the rare occasion when he's away from the office, Ameer enjoys playing sports and traveling.
Spencer Schomaker
Eye Bank Technician
Spencer Schomaker, a Seattle native, graduated from Syracuse University with a degree in Psychology. Prior to working for SightLife, Spencer played professional soccer for the Kitsap Pumas.
Spencer enjoys sports and spending time outdoors.
Amy Nelson
Eye Bank Technician
Amy Nelson comes from West Seattle and holds a degree in Biology from the University of Washington.
Amy likes to travel, spend time in various outdoor activities, and participate in mission work.
Brad Gillette
Eye Bank Technician
Brad Gillette grew up in Seattle and graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Biology/Neurobiology & Behavior. He brings medical experience with him, having worked on mitochondrial disease research at Seattle Children's Research Institute.
Brad likes to spend his free time playing sports, spending time outdoors, reading, and watching movies.
